Kody Sell

Co-Owner | Pest and Home Protection Specialist

"Chief Smack"

Kody is a licensed Commercial Applicator through the Texas Department of Agriculture, which is the highest level of professional pest control licensing in the state.

After earning his associate’s degree while still in high school through the Richland Collegiate program, he graduated top of his class from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Biology.

Combining his educational background with 7 years of experience in the pest control industry, he serves as the lead technician for Smack That Pest Control.

Outside the office, Kody enjoys golf, travel, virtual reality, and spending time with his wife and two sons. He also co-exists peacefully with two cats ... proof that compromise is possible.

Chandler keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes for Smack That Pest Control.

She manages scheduling, communication, and the internal systems that keep the company organized, efficient, and responsive.

Her background in operations and bookkeeping, along with multiple industry certifications, brings structure and professionalism to the entire customer experience.

When she’s not balancing books, she’s reading books, watching highly questionable reality shows, or keeping Amazon’s delivery team employed full-time. She also spends much of her free time being a wonderful mother to her two sons who will one day take over the business.
