General
We provide full-service residential pest control including ants, spiders, wasps, cockroaches, earwigs, silverfish, scorpions, rodents, and more. Our quarterly program includes interior, exterior, yard-line, and seasonal treatments designed for North Texas pests.
Our standard residential plan includes quarterly treatments, plus free in-between visits if anything pops up. Some clients with higher pest pressure may elect for monthly service.
Mosquito services are offered separately during the warm months (MAR - NOV) on a monthly basis.
Fire ant treatments are done on an annual basis.
Yes. When our route allows, we offer same-day or next-day service in Celina, Gunter, Prosper, and surrounding areas.
Yes. We use professional-grade products designed for use in homes with children and pets. Treatments are applied according to all label guidelines and industry standards.
Not for every visit. As long as we have access to the backyard, we can complete most exterior treatments without you being home. Interior treatments are optional and scheduled as needed.
If pests return between quarterly visits, we come back at no charge until the problem is solved. Simple and straightforward.
Yes. New homes in North Texas often have early pest activity from disturbed soil, weep holes, and open construction gaps. Our program is designed to stabilize new homes fast.
We primarily serve Celina, Gunter, and Pilot Point. However, we also service surrounding North Texas neighborhoods in Collin, Denton, and Grayson counties. If you're near the border of those areas, just reach out and we’ll confirm availability.
Most appointments take 25 to 45 minutes, depending on property size and the issues we’re addressing.
We offer one-time services for certain situations, but most homeowners choose our quarterly plan because it’s safer, more effective, and includes free call-backs.
